Become AI-fluentWithout becomingTechnical
Live AI training for UK business owners and their teams. From the fundamentals, to connecting AI to the tools you already use, to agents that do the work before you get in.
Taught by the team behind AI agents running in businesses across the UK.
In partnership with

You know AI could change how you work, but…
You've tried ChatGPT…
…but you're not sure you're using it properly, or getting real value from it.
There's a new tool every day…
…and it's exhausting trying to keep up with what actually matters.
You don't have time…
…to wade through YouTube tutorials or run a company-wide experiment.
It's too important to get wrong…
…and guessing your way through AI adoption feels risky.
You don't need more information. You need a guided path — built by people who've already done this for real businesses.
How it works.
Three steps from “where do I even start?” to working agents in your business.
Join the cohort
Reserve a seat in a small group (~20 people) starting late October. Live and fully remote — join from anywhere.
Build live, every week
Eight live remote sessions — two a week. Real practice, not theory — you build a working agent alongside us in every single session.
Walk away agent-fluent
Leave with agents running in your business and the confidence to keep building more, long after the cohort ends.
In their own words
We've already built what we're going to teach you.
These are clients we delivered for — the same patterns, tools and thinking you'll be building with in the cohort.
See what we built“What used to take me ages now gets done in minutes. They really understood what I needed, and the tool they built has made a real difference.”
“By the time a customer walks into the showroom, they've already pre-qualified themselves. We're not wasting time on dead ends anymore.”
Every company is now an AI company. The question is whether every worker will be an AI worker.
Most businesses are somewhere between 1 and 3.
Where are you?
Four weeks takes you to 7.
Using AI out of the box
Agents that know your business
Agents that work without you
Most businesses are at 1–3 today. Four weeks takes you to 7.
One curriculum, two ways to take it.
Buy a seat in the next open cohort, or run the whole thing in-house for your own team.
The curriculum
Four weeks. A working agent every week.
Every session is hands-on and ends with something running in your business — not a folder of notes you never open again.
Two live sessions a week, a weekly office hour, and demo day at the end. Around 20 seats a cohort.
Your first working agent
Get set up with Claude, build your first agent, and learn to use AI safely — what's fine to share, what isn't, and how to protect your business data.
You'll leave with: A working agent built around one of your real, everyday tasks.
Connect it to your real work
Wire Claude into the tools you already use — email, calendar, files, your CRM — using connectors and MCP, so your agents act on your actual data instead of generic answers.
You'll leave with: An agent that reads and acts on your live business tools.
Put agents on autopilot
Build proactive agents that run on a schedule and handle work before you ask — glued together with Make and n8n where you need automation between apps.
You'll leave with: An agent running automatically in the background.
Roll it out across your team
Share your agents with the whole team, set a simple AI policy everyone can follow, and present what you've built on demo day.
You'll leave with: Agents your team can use — and a ranked roadmap of what to automate next.
What's included.
Everything you need to go from AI-curious to running agents across your team.
8 live build sessions
Two live remote sessions a week for four weeks, where you build alongside us — not a pre-recorded course.
Weekly office hours
Bring your specific business problem to the team and get it solved live, in front of the group.
Private community
A WhatsApp group with your cohort and the AI Edge team for questions between sessions.
Recordings to keep
Every session recorded and yours to keep, so you can revisit anything and share with your team.
Prompt templates & frameworks
The exact prompts, patterns and agent setups we use — ready to adapt to your business.
Demo day
Present what you've built at the end and see what the rest of the cohort created too.
Your automation roadmap
You finish holding a ranked list of what to automate next in your business, in order of what pays back fastest.

Is this for you?
We'd rather you know before you join. Here's who the Academy is — and isn't — built for.
This is for you if…
- You want to build AI agents — not just chat with AI.
- You know agents could make a real difference to your work, but haven't had the time, structure, or accountability to actually build them.
- You're a founder who wants your whole team thinking agentically.
- You want to be the person on your team who can actually build things.
- You already use Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini — and want to go much deeper.
It's probably not for you if…
- You want us to build everything for you, done-for-you (that's our automation service).
- You're looking for deep machine-learning or data-science theory.
- You want a passive video course you'll never actually finish.
- You're not willing to show up live and build alongside the group.
Frequently asked questions.
Everything else you might want to know about the course.
No. This course is built for non-technical business owners and teams. If you can use email and a web browser, you can build agents with us. We handle the complexity so you can focus on the outcome.
Fully live and remote. There are eight live sessions — two a week for four weeks — where you build alongside us in real time, plus a weekly office hour. Every session is recorded so you can revisit it or catch up if you miss one.
Plan for two live sessions plus the optional office hour and a little practice time — a few hours a week in total. Everything is designed so you build something useful during the session itself, not as homework.
Every session is recorded and yours to keep, and you can bring any questions to the next office hours or the community group. You won't fall behind.
Yes. From five staff upwards we usually run it in-house instead — delivered for your team only, taught against your own tools, as either a half-day intensive or a multi-week programme. Switch to "For companies training their team" above to see how that works, or book a call and we'll scope it.
Come to the first week and see for yourself. If it isn't what you hoped, tell us before week two starts and we'll refund you in full — no forms and no awkward conversation.
Working AI agents running in your business, the skills to keep building more, all the templates and recordings, and a simple AI policy your team can follow. Not just notes — real, working tools.
