How the programme runs.
Audit
A meeting with you and a short assessment call to every member of staff: the tools you run, where the hours go, and how each person uses AI today. Before the calls, your team gets a short pack from us explaining the programme and the call. Within 24 hours of the last call you get a written report, a competence level per person, a draft AI policy, a WhatsApp group with us and your dashboard.
Train and review
Six 45-minute sessions online, weekly in the first month and then every other week, each followed by a written review a week later. Each person trains at their level, and at week four everyone is re-assessed so you get a progress report on the time saved so far.
Measure
The same assessment call again. The difference between the first and last readings is the result, averaged across the team. An hour a day per person, or your money back.

No. The audit places each person at a level, basic or intermediate, and they attend the sessions for that level. If two of your people already do this well, they are not sitting through it again.
None. The bar is being able to use a computer. Everything is taught on the tools you already pay for, using your team's own work as the examples.
It depends on how many people you are training: a base fee for the programme plus a rate per member of staff, with a discount on the per-head rate above ten people. We give you the numbers on the fifteen-minute call, once we know the size of the team. The calculator on the homepage is the more useful figure: what an hour a day per person is worth to you annually.
No. The programme stands on its own and most clients stop there. If something obvious comes out of the audit that is worth building, we will tell you what it would take, and you are free to build it yourself or with anyone else.
