AI Services

Your team willsave an hour a dayon repetitive tasks

AI Training

A three-month programme built around your business. Your team saves an hour a day per person on repetitive tasks, using the tools you already pay for, or you get your money back.

Twelve weeks, online. An audit first, then four modules assigned per person, then the result measured.

Priced per team. We give you the numbers on a fifteen-minute call.

Built for teams who have either never touched AI or who use ChatGPT or Claude without getting much back. Four modules, in this order, with each person attending only the ones the audit assigns them.

SkillsCan your team actually use it?

Setting the tools up properly, prompting that actually works, giving them context, and knowing which model to reach for and when.

SecurityDo they know what's safe?

Knowing what is and isn't safe to input into AI, and how to make that call without having to read a policy each time.

SetupIs it built around their work?

Projects, context documents and instructions, built around the tasks each person does, so nobody starts from a blank context again.

Skills V2 and connectorsCan the whole team reuse it?

Turning one person's task project into something the whole team can reuse, and connecting it to the systems you already run.

Delivered online, one session every two weeks, an hour at most, so nobody is away from the desk for long. For service businesses in the Thames Valley with five to twenty staff.

How the programme runs.

Weeks 1 and 2

Audit

A meeting with you and a questionnaire to every member of staff: the tools you run, where the hours go, and how each person uses AI today. You get a written report, a draft AI policy, and a module selection per person.

Weeks 3 to 10

Train and review

A new module every two weeks, online, an hour at most, with a review in the week between. Nobody attends a module they do not need.

Weeks 11 to 12

Measure

The same questionnaire again. The difference between the two readings is the result, averaged across the team. An hour a day per person, or your money back.

Advisory

Consulting

Work out what's worth doing before you commit to building it.

An audit of how your business actually runs, where AI would genuinely save time, and what it would cost to get there. For teams who want to understand their options before spending on a build.

  • We look at your current tools, workflows and team capability.
  • You get a ranked set of opportunities with realistic effort and payback, not a wish list.
  • No obligation to have us build any of it.

Quoted per engagement after a call.

Build

AI & Automation

The systems we build once a team knows what it wants.

Custom automation and AI agents for the work that eats your week: contact capture, contractor matching, follow-ups, reporting, chatbots handling customers, voice tooling turning notes into finished copy. Built on Make.com, n8n, Relevance AI and direct APIs, into the tools you already run.

  • Delivered for an 18-person retailer, a London security advisory, a watch dealer and a consultancy.
  • Built on your existing stack: Monday.com, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Outlook, Google Workspace.
  • Scoped, priced and agreed in writing before anything is built.

Quoted per project after a call.

How automation works

We teach what we've already built.

Everything taught in the programme came out of systems running in real businesses.

See what we built
“Before AI Edge, our sales team spent hours chasing people just to get basic details. Now, the system handles that for us. By the time a customer walks into the showroom, they've already pre-qualified themselves. We aren't wasting time on dead ends; we're walking straight into a high-quality appointment.”
Tom Northway, Marketing Director, Total Bathrooms
“What used to take me ages now gets done in minutes. They really understood what I needed, and the tool they built has made a real difference.”
Tom Collins, Founder, The Wrist Watcher

Questions we get asked.

Twelve weeks, delivered online. Each session spaced two weeks apart, with a review week after each one, and no session longer than an hour.

No. The audit assigns modules per person, so each member of staff attends only what the report says they need. If two of your people already do this well, they are not sitting through it again.

None. The bar is being able to use a computer. Everything is taught on the tools you already pay for, using your team's own work as the examples.

It depends on how many people you are training: a base fee for the programme plus a rate per member of staff, with a discount on the per-head rate above ten people. We give you the numbers on the fifteen-minute call, once we know the size of the team. The calculator on the homepage is the more useful figure: what an hour a day per person is worth to you annually.

No. The programme stands on its own and most clients stop there. If something obvious comes out of the audit that is worth building, we will tell you what it would take, and you are free to build it yourself or with anyone else.
