AI training for coaching and training providers
Your team will save an hour a day per person on the work around the delivery.
Using the tools you already pay for, over three months, with the result measured at the end. Or you get your money back.
Where the hour hides.
The work we look at first. Nothing here is a claimed result: the audit finds where your team's hours actually go, and the training is built on what it finds.
- 01
Session materials and handouts adapted for each client from the master version
- 02
Proposals and programme outlines for a new client
- 03
The follow-up email and participant resources after every session
- 04
Feedback forms summarised into a report the client will read
- 05
Joining instructions, scheduling and the reminders around every date
- 06
Content for your own marketing, written in your voice rather than a generic one
What must never go into a public AI tool.
A coaching or training business holds personal information on every participant and confidential information on every client, and a public AI tool is not where either belongs.
- Participant names alongside assessment results, feedback or personal circumstances
- Anything said in a coaching session, and anything covered by a confidentiality agreement
- A client's HR information, performance data or internal documents
- Passwords, logins and access to a client's systems
- Signed contracts and anything under an NDA
How the policy handles it.
The policy separates the material from the people. A handout, a proposal or a feedback summary rarely needs a participant's name, so the names come out before anything goes in, and a coaching conversation never goes in at all. Firm work happens on firm accounts with model training switched off, and the policy names who approves a new tool before anyone uses it. UK GDPR applies to everything; the policy sits underneath it.

How the twelve weeks run for a team like yours.
The audit assigns modules per person, four online sessions of an hour at most with a review week after each, and nobody leaves the desk for a day.
Questions coaching and training providers ask.
Probably more than most. Trainers already know how to structure material; what most have not done is set the tool up so it already knows their programmes, their voice and their clients. The Setup module does that per person, on the tasks each of you repeats, and the audit tells you in advance who needs which module and who can skip it.
It can adapt them. The master version stays yours; the tool takes it and produces the client-specific version, the handout, the follow-up and the summary, in your voice, because the project is loaded with how you write. The judgement about what to teach stays with you.
It is the reason Security is a whole module and runs before anyone builds anything. Your team learns what can go in and what cannot, how to take the names out of a task first, and which account settings decide where your data goes. Anything said in a coaching session stays out entirely.
