The three-month programme
The modules.
Four sessions across twelve weeks, delivered online. The audit decides which of these each person needs, so nobody sits through training on work they never do.
AI Edge teaches four AI training modules: Skills, Security, Setup, and Skills V2 and connectors. The audit at the start of the three-month programme assigns modules to each person, so staff attend only the sessions their own work needs.

Skills
Getting real answers out of AI instead of generic ones.
- Setting Claude or ChatGPT up properly in the first place
- Prompting that works, and iterating instead of accepting the first answer
- Giving the tool enough context to be useful on your work
- Which model to reach for, and how hard to make it think
For: Anyone who has an AI tool open and is still getting answers they would not send to a client.

Security
Knowing what is safe to put in, and judging it mid-task.
- What can and cannot go into these tools, in plain English
- How to make that judgement in the middle of real work, not by reading a policy afterwards
- The settings that decide where your data goes
- How the AI policy from your audit works in practice
For: Everyone, and first for anyone handling client files, financials or personal data. This is the module that matters most in an accountancy.

Setup
Building it around the work you actually do.
- Projects set up per person, around the tasks they repeat
- Context documents, so the tool already knows the business and the clients
- Instruction documents, so the output already matches your standards
- Working from a real task rather than a demo
For: Anyone whose week has a repeated job in it: proposals, reports, write-ups, chasing, formatting.

Skills V2 and connectors
Making it repeatable, and connecting it to your systems.
- Turning one person's task project into something the whole team can reuse
- Skills and projects, and knowing which one a job needs
- Plugins and connectors into the systems you already run
- Which connectors are safe to turn on, and which are not
For: The people who got the most out of Setup, and anyone who ends up supporting the rest of the team.
Not covered here?
This is the set we teach today, and it grows. If your audit turns up something none of these covers, we build the module for your team rather than sell you the nearest fit.

Skills, then Security. Skills gets someone from generic answers to usable ones on their own work, and Security teaches what is safe to put in before they build anything. The audit decides the order for each person, so a complete beginner does both and someone already competent may skip straight to Setup.
No. The audit assigns modules per person, so each member of staff attends only what their own work needs. Nothing is mandatory, and someone who already does a module's content well is not sat through it again.
Then the audit will probably assign less Skills and more Setup and Skills V2. Most teams that already use ChatGPT get generic answers from it because it knows nothing about their business; Setup fixes that with per-person projects and context documents, and Skills V2 makes it repeatable across the team. Security is still assigned to everyone handling client data.
A review week. Each session sets a goal or a piece of homework on the person's own work, and the review session the following week checks how it went before the next module starts. Sessions run online, two weeks apart, which is what keeps a working team at its desks and is also what makes the training stick.
Which of these does your team need?
That is what the audit answers. Fifteen minutes first, to work out whether your team is the right fit at all.
